Most resumes are rejected
before a human sees them.
Employers filter applications through Applicant Tracking Software first. Upload your CV and see it scored the same way — keywords, structure, formatting, measurable results.
Attach your CV as a PDF. It is read in your browser, not on a server.
It is graded against the criteria applicant tracking systems actually apply.
You get a score and a specific list of what to change, free.
We only keep your name and email so we can follow up — the resume itself is never saved. No card, no signup.
Extracting text from your PDF…
Now go and earn the things it flagged
A stronger score comes from real project work, verifiable skills and a credential an employer can check. That is exactly what the internship programme is built to give you.
What the scan actually checks
The same four things that decide whether your application reaches a recruiter at all.
Keyword match
Whether your CV carries the specific terms in the job description. Missing them is the most common silent rejection.
Parseable structure
Tables, columns, headers and graphics regularly break parsers, so entire sections are read as blank.
Measurable results
"Improved accuracy" scores far below "improved accuracy from 71% to 87% on 50k rows".
Evidence of skill
Listed skills with no project, repository or credential behind them carry very little weight.
