When does my internship actually start?+

Applying creates portal access only. Your dates begin when you activate your first free project or successfully purchase an available premium project. Read its workload and requirements before activation.

Can I complete an internship without buying a project?+

Yes. Free projects have their own completion requirements and do not require an upgrade. Premium project scopes and portfolio layouts are optional. Review any purchase total and inclusions in your dashboard before confirming.

Compare project pathways
Do I choose my project or get assigned one?+

You choose from the projects available in your domain. Before activation, compare the overview, complexity, workload and device requirements. After activation, the full brief, resources, milestones and submission requirements become available.

How do I earn more than one month?+

Each project lasts one calendar month. Submit the required work, meet the assessment requirements and reach the original end date to earn that month. You then have five days to activate the next project. One internship can include up to six earned months.

Can I submit work during the five-day continuation window?+

No. Those five days are for starting the next eligible project, not for submitting the previous one. Your original submission deadline still applies unless you requested the separate seven-day extension in time.

Check my submission deadline
What if I need more time to submit?+

Request the one-time seven-day submission extension before your original project deadline. It changes the submission deadline only. It does not add internship days or another earned month. Saving a draft does not count as submitting.

What equipment and weekly time do I need?+

Projects are remote. Check the brief for software, laptop configuration, internet access and estimated hours. Divide the estimated monthly workload across your available weeks and leave time to check and explain the results.

Compare project requirements
Can I work with a friend?+

Each person needs their own account and activation of the same project. For a premium project, each collaborator needs their own successful purchase. The team owner creates an invitation; the invited intern accepts it in Collaboration. Existing submitted work cannot be detached to join another team.

Open collaboration
Are there live mentor meetings or automatic research grades?+

These are self-directed pathways without personal mentor meetings. The local platform checks specified evidence and knowledge requirements. Those checks do not establish scientific correctness or originality. Premium enrollment is paused while project curation and evaluation are validated.

Understand the experience
Do I receive a separate certificate for every project?+

No. One final internship completion certificate covers eligible earned periods when the internship closes. Failed projects, gaps and submission extensions do not add credited duration. Original certificate templates are not connected in this local preview, so no valid credential is issued here.

View document eligibility
What about offer letters, NOCs and recommendations?+

Document eligibility depends on your pathway and progress. Premium activation includes offer-letter and applicable NOC eligibility. Completion documents require the stated work and time requirements. Recommendations need substantiated performance; purchasing a project is not an endorsement.

Who can see my profile and private account information?+

Public portfolio publication and directory visibility are separate choices in your profile settings. Neither public view includes your email address, purchases, private notes or document status. Your basic portfolio is free.

I applied. Where is my access email?+

This local test stores an access-email preview on the application confirmation screen instead of sending an email. Use its one-time setup link within one hour. If you already have an account, sign in or use account recovery.

How do I recover my account or contact support?+

Use account recovery if you cannot sign in. If you are signed in, open Contact support to create a conversation and read replies. The public contact form also stores local enquiries. No external messages are sent by this test site.
