Evoastra Ventures (OPC) Private Limited operates this portal at www.evoastra.cloud. For account, privacy, correction or deletion requests, email support@evoastra.com with your registered email and the request details. Privacy requests are handled by the company; signing out does not delete an account.
Information and purpose
We store the details you provide in applications and accounts, hashed passwords, project choices, payment references, submitted work, assessments, support messages and issued-document records. These records support account access, project assessment, payment reconciliation, certificate verification and service communication. Applying does not automatically enroll you or send login credentials.
Service providers and access
Razorpay processes payments; the portal records order, payment and refund references and amounts, rather than complete payment-card numbers. Microsoft handles service email. Authorized company staff review project work and provide support. The configured assessment service may process submitted artifacts for grading. Hosting and backup services store portal records. We do not sell your personal information.
Certificates and public profiles
A verification link displays the credential holder, role, dates and document status needed to check an issued document. It does not display private email, billing or support records. Portfolios and recruiter visibility are separate opt-in choices. Approved recruiters see only the profile information you choose to share.
Retention and requests
The existing company policy retains account records for the account duration and up to three years after closure or last activity, financial records for seven years, and certificate records indefinitely for verification. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion; the company reviews requests and any records needed for continuing verification, disputes or recordkeeping, and responds within 30 days.
Cookies and optional measurement
An HTTP-only session cookie supports sign-in. An unfinished application remains in your browser tab until submitted or the tab session ends. Unclaimed readiness attempts expire after seven days; claimed reports remain with the account. Optional journey measurement keeps coarse campaign and device categories, fixed feedback and ordered steps for up to 30 days. It excludes answers, scores and form text. You can withdraw that measurement from the readiness page.
Security and communication
Access controls protect private records and document downloads. Passwords are hashed. Service messages include requested password resets, project updates, support and document availability notices. Historic email queues are not replayed when the portal is replaced. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.
